• Produce engaging content for social media channels, the website and internal communications
• Take pictures and shoot video
• Work with the communications team to plan content
• Use different digital media platforms
• Use analytics to guide decision-making
• Produce accessible and engaging content for different audiences
• Lead discussions on the types of content the councils should produce
• Travel frequently around the districts, sometimes to rural locations
• Pitch a new future reel idea as part of the application task and present a mock-up at interview if invited

• Proven track record delivering engaging video and pictures for a business or organisation
• Clear understanding of what makes good content
