Two-Year Fixed-Term Appointment

We are praying for an imaginative and pioneering leader with a passion for innovative mission and a heart for those beyond the reach of traditional church.

• Provide visionary and pioneering leadership for the next phase of mission and ministry through the Lightwave Bungay Hub.
• Nurture and strengthen existing initiatives, relationships, and activities.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for mission and community engagement.
• Encourage innovation and collaboration in mission and ministry across the Bungay benefice and beyond.
• Share with the Rector in the spiritual, pastoral, missional, and sacramental leadership of the Bungay Benefice.

We offer a full‑time stipend and a four‑bedroomed house in the neighbouring town.

The DBF is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. All post holders and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to acceptable pre‑appointment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. The care and protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in church activities is the responsibility of the whole church.
