Up to £35 per hour depending on experience

This role is a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) focused on detail‑oriented, empathetic, and communicative patient care. The position requires registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
- Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
- Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
- Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training
