Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a national industry leader that is expanding its Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor looking for a stable, in‑house role within a supportive and growing team.

• Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
• Carry out fitness‑to‑work assessments and health surveillance.
• Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
• Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
• Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

• Visit different departments within the business to support employees on‑site.
• Work as part of a friendly, UK‑wide Occupational Health team.

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health).
• Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑focused approach.
