Maintenance Team Leader

LD Total is a multi‑award‑winning landscape company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages. This position is designed for someone with solid hands‑on landscape maintenance experience who is ready to begin leading small teams. You will be responsible for completing scheduled landscape maintenance including mowing, edging and blowing, pruning and plant care, mulching, weed management and plant growth control, and occasional small planting tasks. The role is full-time and is based in the Ipswich area.

• Current manual Driver’s Licence and White Card
• Previous experience in landscape or horticultural labouring
• Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (advantageous but not required)
• Willingness to learn planning, communication and team‑leading skills
• Commitment to safe work practices and OH&S standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A high level of personal work standards
• Current driver’s licence and own transport
