Our OpportunityOur Quality Systems Coordinators play a key contribution in maintaining high-quality standards, food safety, and compliance at Suntory Oceania. With responsibility for the custodianship of the integrated risk management systems including the implementation and continuous improvement of FSSC
22000, AIB, and the Suntory Bluebook. If successful, you will be joining a highly engaged Quality team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Act as the quality and food safety champion coaching the manufacturing team on continuous improvement.
- Document control and record management for audit readiness.
- Management of relevant external audit programs
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on GMP compliance
- Manage site-aligned Quality and Food Safety KPIs, ensuring performance against required standards.
- Host external quality audits.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- GFSI qualifications (ie. SQF practitioner, BRC auditor).
- 3+ Years in quality positions in an FMCG Manufacturing environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and SOPs practices.
- Strong record keeping and document management skills.
- Able to engage with and influence and coach others.
- Experience with AIB and QAS (desirable).
