Property Consultant

At LEA Property Solutions, we’ve specialised in HMO lettings and management in Ipswich and surrounding areas for over 21 years.

We’re passionate about raising standards in shared living, supporting good landlords, and creating homes (not just rooms) for working professionals.

We’re now looking for a Property Consultant to join our office-based Ipswich team.

This is not an estate agency sales role.

This is a people, property and problem‑solving role within specialist HMO management.

• Managing tenant enquiries and viewings
• Matching the right people to the right houses (community matters to us)
• Supporting tenant onboarding, referencing and move‑ins (via COHO and our systems)
• Working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and our internal team
• Helping keep our houses full and running smoothly
• Supporting marketing of available rooms

Property or lettings experience is great — but attitude and work ethic matter more.

HMO experience is a bonus, but we’ll train you.
