Permanent Suffolk, East Of England Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a highly respected rural property consultancy to recruit a Rural Surveyor for its Suffolk team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor with a minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience to join an established and successful practice with a strong reputation across the region.
The Role Working as part of an experienced rural team, you will provide professional surveying and property advice to a diverse portfolio of private clients, landowners and rural businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing professional rural surveying and estate management advice.
Undertaking property and land management work across a varied rural portfolio.
Assisting with valuations and professional reports.
Managing landlord and tenant matters, including agricultural and rural leases.
Advising clients on rural property matters and helping to maximise the value of their assets.
Supporting the management and development of rural estates.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers.
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the rural team.
About You The successful candidate will be:
MRICS qualified with at least 1 year’s PQE.Experienced within a rural surveying, estate management or rural property environment.
Commercially aware, with strong technical and professional skills.
Confident dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Ideally experienced in agricultural tenancies, valuations and rural estate management.
The role would suit a Rural Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive, professional and forward-thinking consultancy.
