The Role As an Estate Agent, you will:
Conduct property viewings and professionally present properties to prospective purchasers. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients. Negotiate offers and secure the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Manage applicant enquiries and proactively match buyers to suitable properties. Generate new business opportunities through applicant management and relationship building. Provide regular feedback and updates to clients throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard. Develop a strong understanding of the local property market and competitor activity. Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to branch performance and sales targets. Estate Agent Requirements:
Previous experience within Estate Agency, ideally in a Sales Negotiator position. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Polished, professional, and personable approach. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Confident dealing with clients and prospective purchasers at all levels. Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service. Self-motivated, ambitious, and career-driven.

Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer? £24,000 basic salary, depending on experience. Pooled commission with up to £36,000 OTE.
