PRIVATE​/CHARTER​/RALLY - Captain and Cook​/Deck couple

An exciting opportunity for a pro-active and enthusiastic sailing couple team to run this beautiful brand new Oyster 595 as a Captain and Chef/Mate.

The yacht will be handed over to the owning couple next Spring. Crew would be expected to join for seatrials and handover before a shake down voyage to the Med. The owners sensibly want to spend two years getting to know their boat while cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean and US East coast seasons before setting of on theadventure of a lifetime - the Oyster World Rally 2028.

For the first three seasons, the boat will alsorun a few weeks charter so our ideal crew candidates would be able to slot intothe chartering role too.

Both candidates will ideally have good experience running sailing yachts with knowledge of cruising in the Mediterranean. They will be naturally organised people who have a positive attitude, great work ethic and looking to commit to a 3 year adventurous itinerary.

Captain must hold the Yacht master Offshore CE minimum

Proven yacht maintenance and engineering skills

Both roles require
STCW and ENG1

For the Charters, the Chef will have proven Charter experience/cooking skills.

Ideally candidates will be in an established relationship with at least two seasons working together.

B1/B2 visas will be necessary for the East Coast US season
