- Effectively advise customers of their parts requirements either using skill and knowledge or computer programs
- Take orders over the telephone, email and sales front counter
- Prepare orders for the customers and workshop
- Place orders with suppliers and to update the customer/workshop of any news on the parts
- Advise and supply parts over the phone, sales counter and to workshop technicians
- Stock Control
- To maintain marketing display areas by keeping them up to date with the latest product range.
- You will maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times
- You will be computer literate
- You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- You will have excellent communication skills
- Driving licence is required
HGV and/or Trailer Industry knowledge & Experience will be advantageous but not essential. Market leading manufacturer training will be provided.
Hours of work:Monday to Friday 40 hours per week - 08:30 to 17:30
Saturdays (8am – 12noon) on a rota basis
Night shift holiday cover on a rota basis
