We need passionate colleagues who take pride in M&S Food products and are ready to roll their sleeves up and work day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head‑on.

Key Accountabilities
  • Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
  • Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are always stocked.
  • Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
  • Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
  • Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
