The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include handling tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop.
Responsibilities- Help customers feel at ease by listening, answering questions, and giving great product advice.
- Promote in‑store offers and schemes to help customers make informed choices.
- Maintain a smooth store operation by ensuring displays are correct, tills are serviced, and stock rooms are organized.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
- Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
- Full training will be provided. We are looking for people who excel in a varied environment and work at pace.
- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and promote a collaborative dynamic.
- Understand that small actions can make a big difference in customer interactions.
- Be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
- Experience in customer care or retail customer service.
- Knowledge of Boots Retirement Savings Plan.
