Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 per hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 06:00 you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

New colleagues joining us are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities available and would still love to hear from you.

The advertised availability windows indicate when we would like you to be available to work. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times, and you will receive 3 weeks notice of your shifts. We are open to flexibility if your available times match closely but not exactly what is advertised.
