St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich is seeking a proactive Assistant Shop Manager to join our Zest retail team. You will support the Shop Manager in daily shop operations, drive sales to meet budgets and promote Gift Aid while delivering excellent customer service.
You will also oversee merchandising, display standards and run the volunteer team, with cover across our local portfolio as needed. The role is permanent, 22.5 hours across 3 days, with a strong commitment to compassionate,
