Hours:

40 hours, 5 days, weekend work required.

Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50k OTE uncapped)

• Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at store
• Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate needs
• Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer needs
• Upsell relevant products and finance where applicable
• Complete the handover process ensuring a high level of customer service
• Liaise with other key departments to ensure outstanding service and manage expectations

• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Proven track record of sales or excellent customer service
• Experience in a sales environment or working to targets is beneficial
• Experience selling financial products beneficial, training provided
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly
• Flexibility as weekend work is required
