Face-to-Face Fundraiser (Self-Employed Contractor) Up to £70,000+ | Weekly Pay | Flexible Hours About the Role

We are looking for driven, confident and resilient people to join us as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. You’ll represent Local Hospice Lottery, engaging with the public and encouraging them to support their local hospice by joining our weekly lottery.

This role suits fundraisers who are happy, friendly and tenacious
, enjoy working face-to-face with the public, and have a good sense of humour when dealing with the ups and downs of field fundraising.

This is a self-employed contractor role
, giving you complete control over when and how much you work.

• Up to £70,000+ depending on your consistency and commitment
• Earn £30 per chance for every supporter you sign up
• Weekly pay for every new player you recruit
• Performance-based earnings — the more you put in, the more you earn

• Speaking with members of the public about Local Hospice Lottery
• Inspiring people to support their local hospice by joining the lottery
• Working door-to-door
  , with some venue-based opportunities (location dependent)
• Managing your own activity in an organised and professional way
• Using our simple digital system to sign up new supporters
• Representing a trusted not-for-profit organisation positively and confidently
• Full training provided

You must have:

• Experience in face-to-face fundraising or direct sales (essential)
• Confidence speaking with members of the public in a face-to-face environment
• A resilient, tenacious and driven mindset
• Motivation to work independently and earn results-based income
• A happy, friendly approach
