Account Manager

Job Title:

Account Manager.

Location:

Ipswich (Woodbridge) - Office based role, will involve travel to meet clients.

Hours:

40 per week. Status:
Permanent. Package and benefits include up to £37,500 salary dependent on experience, £8,646 car allowance, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and Perkbox membership.

• Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet targets and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Identify upselling opportunities and provide regular account reviews.
• Stay informed on industry trends and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

• Proven account management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team.
• Ability to travel as needed.
