Base Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: £25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in your first year and £55,000 OTE.
Contract:
Permanent - Full Time.
Must Have: A Full UK Driving License.

YourResponsibilities as a Lexus Sales Executive
- Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
- Build trust, communicate effectively and surpass customer expectations, providing a service‑based experience.
- Ensure customers’ buying experience is industry‑leading in line with our standards.
- Demonstrate the most suitable options, understand and adapt to their buying strategy and encourage test drives.
- Use in‑depth product knowledge to guide customers toward the best choice.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to provide continuous improvement and seamless service (e.g., attending to aftersales customers to obtain new business).
- Follow up opportunities for sales by other teams with the most appropriate specialist (e.g., Fleet Sales).
- Strong communication skills, easily building relationships internally and with customers, pleasant and humble.
- Strong interest in automotive and agility to learn about new products.
- Results‑focused.
- People skills – approachable, a good listener and empathetic to customer needs.
- Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
- Customer and service‑oriented, thriving in a busy high‑pressure environment.
