We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent dealership based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum
• Realistic earnings potential with an OTE of approximately £80,000

• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain an active role in selling vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the sales department
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Contribute to achieving dealership profitability through effective sales management

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within prestige or high‑end vehicles
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and respond effectively to customer needs
• Drive to succeed coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive market trends and sales techniques
