Are you an experienced Technical Sales Manager with a background in HVAC, looking to join a growing business where you can combine technical expertise with business development and account management?

Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and providing technically tailored HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants and end users?

The company is a well-established refrigeration and air conditioning specialist, delivering installation, maintenance and service solutions across East Anglia and into the East Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to take ownership of a growing customer base, develop new business opportunities and provide expert technical support, with genuine progression towards a senior commercial leadership role.

The Role:

Develop new business opportunities across the HVAC market
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular client engagement
Build relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users
Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals and technical specifications
Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable new business
