Area to be covered:
National (3 days in Suffolk office) – must be based within 1:30hr

Remuneration: £85,000 - £95,000 + up to 30% bonus

Benefits: £650 car allowance & full benefits packages

The role of the Sales Director – Precast Concrete & Retaining Walls will involve:

* Sales Director position selling a high end quality manufactured range of bespoke precast concrete products

* Majority of your time will be spent managing and developing a team of 10-15 internal sales & estimator personnel

* Looking to grow the team both external & internally

* Implement and strengthen the company sales strategy making it as robust as possible

* Be a player manager contribution to the team turnover of circa £24m

* Managing key relationships and selling to housebuilers, construction companies and tier 1 contractors

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Director – Precast Concrete & Retaining Walls experience with:

* Must have senior sales experience in the construction sector

* Must have people management experience

* Must have sold to housebuilers, construction companies and tier 1 contractors

* Ideally in the heavyside however open as long as you have contacts with the relevant route to market
