Smartest Energy Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Coordinator to join a dedicated account team. You’ll be the day-to-day contact, coordinating activity across internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and commitments are met.
You will build strong relationships with Billing, Metering, Customer Service and Onboarding, provide clear reporting, manage queries and escalations, and help create a seamless customer experience across the relationship with Smartest Energy.
