As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Conduct property viewings and professionally present properties to prospective purchasers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients.
• Negotiate offers and secure the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
• Manage applicant enquiries and proactively match buyers to suitable properties.
• Generate new business opportunities through applicant management and relationship building.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard.
• Develop a strong understanding of the local property market and competitor activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to branch performance and sales targets.

• Previous experience within Estate Agency, ideally in a Sales Negotiator position.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Polished, professional, and personable approach.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Confident dealing with clients and prospective purchasers at all levels.
• Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and career-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £24,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• Pooled commission with up to £36,000 OTE.
