Business Development

Business Development Office based role Monday to Friday We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to develop new and existing client relationships, generate quality business opportunities, and support applications through the early stages of the funding process.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and customers. Generate new business opportunities and increase activity from existing accounts. Follow up enquiries, applications and outstanding documentation. Support introducers and customers throughout the application process. Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems. Work closely with internal teams to ensure applications progress efficiently. Attend introducer meetings, networking events and other external business activities.

Achieve agreed activity, application and performance targets. About You Ideally 1 year's sales, business development or account management experience . Comfortable working within a target-driven environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, self-motivated and commercially minded. Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
