Job Title
Electrician - Ipswich
OverviewElectrician required for meter fitting upgrades in the Ipswich area. The role involves fitting new generation meters and safely removing old ones in private homes as part of a solar campaign.
Responsibilities- Fit new generation meters at £40 per meter in designated postcode areas.
- Remove and replace old meters safely.
- Work efficiently and proactively, aiming for 9‑12 meters per day with successful location planning.
- Use own tools and maintain transport.
- Attend a paid training day at head office (£25ph).
- 18th Edition Qualified.
- Good time‑keeping.
- Experience with dedicated meter fitting work.
Standard rate of £40 per meter fitted. Mileage paid at 30p per mile. Potential earnings up to £450 per day on meter work alone.
Interview ProcessInterview process will start January 6th 2026.
