What you will do:

Provide strong leadership and operational management of safeguarding services, ensuring safe and effective practice. Oversee complex safeguarding cases, ensuring timely assessments, interventions, and decision-making. Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks, including the Children Act 1989/2004 and safeguarding guidance. Supervise and support team members through regular supervision, performance management, and development. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to improve outcomes for children and young people.
