Join a charity dedicated to transforming young lives and ending youth homelessness. Housing Income Recovery Officer Norwich (Hybrid) £32,000 - £36,000 FTE (based on previous experience and qualifications) 18 hours per week | Permanent About the role The Benjamin Foundation is looking for a Housing Income Recovery Officer to manage rent arrears, former tenant debt, service charges and income recovery across our supported housing services.

Working closely with operational and finance teams, you will maximise rental income through proactive case management, reporting and resident engagement, helping to support young people on their journey towards independence while contributing to our mission to end youth homelessness. What we're looking for Experience in income recovery, rent collection, or a similar role within a Housing Association Strong administrative, numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically Knowledge of rent arrears recovery, welfare benefits and rent setting including the calculation of service charges Strong IT skills, including Excel and database systems Ability to produce accurate reports and maintain detailed records Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Experience with in housing, supported housing, social housing or the charity sector would be advantageous Why join us?
