Suffolk County Council is recruiting Youth Support Practitioners for a one-bed home in Shotley, Suffolk. You will support a child aged 11-17, with a focus on safety, development and wellbeing, across a 4-week rolling rota that includes early mornings, evenings and sleep-in shifts.
You will join a small team in a brand-new home, with training and progression opportunities, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes for the young person.
