• Dealing with multiple drivers
• Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers start times and finish times
• Chasing drivers for etas and making sure they are on time
• Rerouting jobs as and when is needed
• Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
• Speaking to customers on possible delays advising etas

• Previous experience as a Transport Operator Essential
• Confident and clear communicator written and verbal
• Must be happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Excellent UK geographical knowledge
• Can work on own initiative
• Quick and efficient problem solving skills
• Organised at all times
• Flexibility to meet the demands of the business
