The Role:

Deliver HGV and PCV driver training in line with DVSA standards
Support learners through Category C / C+E and PCV licence training
Oversee the day to day running of the Driver Training Academy at Otley
Provide coaching, structure and constructive feedback to develop safe driving skills

The Person :
Qualified and experienced HGV and/or PCV Driver Trainer
Previous management or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of driver safety and DVSA standards
Confident working independently and taking ownership of delivery
