Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate passenger check-ins and manage all luggage inquiries
• Make flight reservations and compute fares
• Provide crucial information and assistance to customers
• Aid passengers with mobility needs during travel
• Prepare sales reports and manage employee travel
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sabre System
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work irregular hours and shifts
