As part of Canadian North, you will provide support and guidance to front-line staff, ensuring excellent customer interactions while performing tasks typical of a Customer Service Agent. Key responsibilities include processing passengers, handling reservations, and managing on-the-job training. With a strong focus on safety and on-time performance, this position is both dynamic and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process passengers and their baggage efficiently
• Assist customers with escalations and ticketing
• Coordinate schedules and manage staff training
• Conduct daily operations reporting
• Communicate effectively with aircraft and other departments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 year in customer service and supervisory roles
• Familiarity with the Sabre Computer System
• Knowledge of airport functions and passenger services
• Ability to work irregular hours and shifts
