As a key member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will work on-site full-time in a busy Banking Center. Your primary role involves assisting clients with day-to-day banking transactions and connecting them to the right resources to achieve their financial goals. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work at various banking centers during evenings and weekends to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in managing accounts and services
• Resolve client issues with accountability and empathy
• Guide clients through mobile banking applications
• Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
• Foster meaningful client interactions during each engagement
Requirements:
• Prior experience in client service or financial environments
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse client needs
• Enthusiasm for learning new banking technologies
• Problem-solving mindset for effective resolutions
Drive client engagement, support transaction services, and promote financial literacy as part of CIBC's dedicated team in Iqaluit.
