• Process baggage and handle passenger inquiries
• Administer reservations and coordinate staff schedules
• Record flight times and communicate with departments
• Address customer complaints and service concerns
• Deliver daily operations reports for performance tracking
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications
• At least 1 year of relevant and supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of the Sabre Computer System
• Experience with passenger services and airport protocols
• Flexibility for irregular hours and shifts
