Advanced Fire Protection Systems Engineer

This role focuses on delivering effective fire protection engineering solutions for institutional, commercial, and infrastructure projects. You will leverage your technical expertise to mentor junior engineers and enhance project delivery through rigorous quality reviews. Collaborate across diverse teams to ensure compliance and optimal functionality of fire systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fire protection systems ensuring safety and compliance

• Conduct detailed hydraulic calculations and system analysis

• Prepare technical documentation and engineering drawings

• Lead project coordination with various professionals

• Ensure technical standards and guidelines are upheld

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or related engineering discipline

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (P.Eng.)

• At least 8 years of relevant fire protection experience

• Strong knowledge of NFPA and Canadian codes

• Familiar with design tools such as AutoCAD and Hydra Calc
