- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to networking, virtual machines, identity and access management, and storage.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Power Shell scripting and automation for managing cloud services and environments.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and best practices, including encryption, identity management, and access controls.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on cloud-based system optimization, scalability, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified:
Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. - Additional certifications in Microsoft 365 or cloud security (e.g., Microsoft Certified: M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and Power Automate.
- Experience with cloud migration, management, and optimization, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Proven experience in configuring cloud security solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization strategies in Azure.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as VPN, VNet peering, and load balancing in the cloud.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
