The Cleaner position at Northview’s Residential team is integral in maintaining top-tier service in our buildings. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will focus on cleaning common areas, guest rooms, and vacant suites. Responsibilities also include ensuring a trash-free environment and may involve snow removal where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas and guest rooms effectively

• Dust, vacuum, and steam clean carpets and rugs

• Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures

• Wash walls, windows, and ceilings thoroughly

• Maintain a clean and debris-free environment

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience in challenging environments

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude

• Able to lift 30lbs and work with industrial cleaners

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation

• Provide a criminal record check free of relevant convictions
