Northview seeks a passionate Cleaner to support our Residential team in Iqaluit. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be essential in upholding our standards of pride and quality.

Your role involves cleaning common areas, guest rooms, and newly renovated suites to foster a secure environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas and vacant suites regularly

• Dust, vacuum, and steam clean carpets and rugs

• Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures

• Maintain a trash-free workplace

• Assist in snow removal from walkways

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and independent work ethic

• Experience in challenging cleaning environments

• Strong customer service skills

• Capable of lifting 30 lbs and climbing stairs

• Driver's license and reliable transportation
