Title Specialist

Partners Professional is currently assisting our client in placing experienced Title Specialist(s) at their location in Irmo, SC. This location is on the NW side of Columbia SC. This position will be onsite daily from 8:00-4:45pm Monday through Friday. It is a clerical/administrative role supporting their Title(auto) Services Group. Having experience working with Automobile Titles would be a huge plus in their consideration.

Being experienced in customer service/customer care B2B and having experience in an Office Setting, not call center or retail is strongly desired. As a Title Specialist, some of your job duties and responsibilities include:

· Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling from dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers and clients.

· Make outbound calls to dealers, state motor vehicle agencies (DMV) to obtain vehicle status

· Process applications for vehicle titles, payments, or changes.

· Reply to email, faxes and service tickets. Answer and respond to inbound phone calls via call center applications.

· Document handling in timely and efficient manner. Signing off state documents appropriately.

· Utilize company proprietary software to research, do data entry, and account management

Qualifications:

· Adherence to scheduled time, with good attendance and reliability.

· Computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and basic Excel

· Data Entry- accurately and with attention to details

· Imaging, scanning, faxing documents. Inserting Documents and reports in a secure software repository.

· Highly organized, detailed, consistency, and timely work completed.
