We are looking for a customer service coordinator to act as a liaison between our prospective customers and our sales department. this individual will provide product/service information, coordinate appointments and resolve customer issue with efficiency.
Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-direct calls as required
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Arrange appointments, conduct follow up calls and maintain communication with customers.
- Data entry in CRM database
- Provide support to Sales Reps, Managers and other Premiere Roofing team members.
- Familiar with using E-mail in a professional manner (Microsoft Outlook)
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientated
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- 401(k)
