• Master’s degree in school counseling
• Three years of experience in education or administration, including program implementation
• Strong skills in scheduling, partnerships, and extended learning opportunities
• Valid educator certification as a secondary school counselor from the South Carolina Department of Education
• May require a valid state driver’s license

This position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating the school's guidance and counseling program aimed at enhancing students' academic, social, emotional, and environmental strengths. Supervises guidance counselors, assistants, and other staff as assigned. Performs related professional and administrative duties. Works under limited supervision.
