A leading structural steel fabricator is looking for an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating department and ensure accurate and competitive project budgets. This role involves managing personnel, reviewing project documents, and overseeing bid proposals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, 10 years of experience in estimating, and familiarity with estimating software.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential as you’ll work closely with Sales and Project Management teams.
