We’re expanding fast, and Weed Man Lawn Care is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable Route Manager to join our team.

We’ll give you the tools, training, and support you need-you bring the drive.

What You’ll Do

Think of your route like your own small business. We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan—you take ownership and deliver outstanding results:

Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration

Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services

Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally

Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience

Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days—offering free quotes and supporting business growth

Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Candidates must meet background check requirements

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Comfortable working solo or as part of a team

Willingness to learn—we’ll provide the training

Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year
