• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensure all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open and close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7+ hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
