Were looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to help launch and expand the Club Pilates experience right here in Irmo. In this role, you'll be instrumental in growing our community by introducing new members to Pilates through personalized consultations and Demo Classes. This is a career opportunity for someone whos passionate about fitness, wellness, and personal achievement.

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Results-driven mindset, with the ability to sell memberships, retail products, private training, and our elite teacher training program
• Experience with Club Ready software (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Professional and clear communication via phone, email, and in person
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced studio environment
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Availability for local events and occasional travel as needed

What You'll Do:

• Guide prospective members through the sales journeyfrom first contact to studio enrollment
• Conduct personalized tours, showcasing our welcoming space and unique Pilates offerings
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while helping clients achieve their fitness goals
• Promote Club Pilates as a trusted and engaging wellness destination in the Irmo community
• Represent our studio at local events, health fairs, and community partnerships
• Evolve professionally with ongoing training and the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you grow
