We are currently hiring a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role you will provide civil structural design expertise for major clients, lead projects and teams, and manage client relationships.

• Leading civil structural engineering design across various market sectors
• Leading the detailed civil structural design of transmission and substation projects
• Managing relationships with assigned clients
• Leading project teams
• Managing deliverables and the workload of team members to adhere to deadlines and budget
• Responding to RFP and changing order requests

• Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Civil Structural Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
• 10 years of cumulative experience
• Experience in engineering foundations, structures, and metal buildings
• Expert knowledge of engineering standards, including NESC, IEEE, ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE, and ASTM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
• Expert-level knowledge of industry software such as MFAD, LPILE, STADD, RISA, AutoCAD & Micro Station, etc.
