- You ll be an advocate of patient-centered care and adapt to a patient base from diverse backgrounds and medical concerns.
- Be accurate and consistent in all areas of patient care, from counseling patients to processing prescriptions and administering immunizations.
- Engage in community involvement and outreach, including regular Wellness Days.
- Understand the business, from inventory control to cost savings for patients to compliance.
- Model and guide pharmacy staff on customer service approaches to ensure concerns are resolved.
- Use tools, data, and conversations to understand the community and stay up to date on health issues.
- Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
D degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP). - Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
