What You’ll Do

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our top accounts.
  • Set clear expectations, deliver timely updates, and ensure every client feels supported and valued.
  • Communicate tough or disappointing news with empathy, professionalism, and ownership.

Vendor Coordination & Project Execution

  • Manage order timelines, coordinate with our print/logistics vendors, and anticipate bottlenecks.
  • Maintain impeccable documentation.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they become problems.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Be aware of metrics like response time, accuracy, fulfillment, and client satisfaction.
  • Spot patterns, inefficiencies, or repeat mistakes—and propose improvements.
  • Support the team by creating or updating SOPs where needed.

Proactive Problem Solving

  • Handle rush orders, missing files, vendor slips, and unexpected obstacles with calm, solution-focused thinking.
  • Provide alternative paths, backup plans, and creative options to keep projects on track.
