The quality technician position is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufactured products.
A Day In The Life- Perform inspection of products and materials
- Conduct internal process and ISO audits in Panel and Equipment Enclosure manufacturing
- Participate in and support Corrective and Preventive Action process
- Participate on practical problem‑solving teams
- Create NCNs and support disposition of nonconforming product process
- Create and circulate Quality Alerts
- Document standard work in method sheets, procedures, or work instructions
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s Degree in Science or Engineering field is preferred - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints, drawings
- Background in welding and general construction environments
- Ability to earn a scissor lift license
- ISO 9001 understanding and experience; previous audit experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
